Being part of OFFiGO means sharing information about your business with the general public and other professionals and communicating with them, as well as working privately on your own. By default, your account is set up to share the information that we have found the vast majority of our Users are interested in sharing. This is the information that other business professionals and consumers see about you. This includes:

- Any adverts, job listings and promotions that you post;
- Any other contributions or community features available on OFFiGO.
You have control over what you share, and you can update information at any time.
We help you to communicate with consumers and other business professionals. Some of this is through “contact the owner” and also through the business review section, where people can post their own personal reviews of a business. You decide how as well as how much or how little you wish to communicate with others on OFFiGO
- Private activity
We also provide tools that you can use privately on OFFiGO (e.g. searching or sending messages to other businesses). These actions and information are private and confidential, so we don’t share or distribute them to others.

We have a search service implemented into our website to help people find information and learn more about other Users (e.g. You can search for businesses with specific expertise) as well as event, offers and employment opportunities.
We use information from business profiles and promotional posts to improve and refine our search service.
Testimonials and Advertisements placed through OFFiGO
If you provide any testimonials about OFFiGO or place promotional advertisements through the site, we may post those testimonials and examples of advertisements you place in connection with our promotion of these services to third parties.
Testimonials and advertisements may include your name and other personal information that you have provided.
Compliance with Legal Process It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information, profile information and/or information about your activities as an OFFiGO user when required by subpoena or other legal process, or if OFFiGO has a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to:

OFFiGO disclaims any liability in relation to the deletion or retention (subject to the terms herein) of information or any obligation not to delete the information.
