A cafe from Preston Market has been shortlisted for a prestigious national award, in the Environmental Sustainability category of the Citi Microentrepreneurship Awards. Brew + Bake opened in 2018, and now employs 6 staff, and serves a variety of different foods and drinks for visitors to the market!
